Job Overview
To facilitate internal and external communications while developing a strong sense of community within and amongst each target group. This position will work closely with senior management to insure that the firm’s brand and image is represented in accordance with the firm’s vision; as well as development of strategies and measurements for key position objectives
Objective
• Responsible for identifying business groups and networking events which will provide sales opportunities or exposure for the firm, and will coordinate and drive management participation
• Coordinate the firm’s charitable activities and fundraising
• Develop and fulfill a social media calendar across all social media channels, designed to promote and integrate staff into the respective social media channel. Work closely with senior management to develop strategy and measurements
• Assist operations in coordination of production activities and behaviors amongst existing clients, including adoption of existing portal, new DocuSign functionality, production material improvements, relevant operational blogs, etc.
• Serve as “owner” of website, working to improve content and overall experience
• Facilitate anniversary / birthday / out of office functions
Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Strong computer skills with knowledge and skills in a wide variety of applications
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Solid attention to detail with strong organizational/analytical skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team in various levels
• Flexible in dealing with change with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
