Georgia Qualified Education Expense Credit

The Georgia Dept. of Revenue clarifies the Qualified Education Expense Credit. The rule regulating the credit was amended and, among other changes, now specifies the credit cap and the credit limitations for individuals and corporations. It also explains preapproval of donor contributions to student scholarship organizations and provides guidance on the required audit report.
