SmartVault is a cool little tool that we have used for a couple of years. SmartVault is a Cloud based document management system. The cool thing about SmartVault is that it allows us to attach documents (like invoices) directly to QuickBook transactions. It definitely saves us time when looking for documents related to specific transactions.
SmartVault will now be integrated with QuickBooks Online, allowing users to attach and view source documents directly from within the Web-based accounting product. SmartVault for QuickBooks Online will be released in late November and will be available in SmartVault premium plans starting at $19 per month.
